UPCOMING PROJECT FOR 2012
This year,we intend to raised fund toward
buying some medical equipment for the only
community local hospitalsituated within the
minicipality of Kumba.This hospital known
as "Kumba General Hospital" serves a
population of about 200.000 inhabitants.It is
not only poorly equipped,but the existing
equipments in the hospital are very old and
obsolete.
During our fact finding,we were informed
that the hospital is in desperate need of
basic life supporting equipments such as
resuscitating oxygen machines and infant
incubators.Every year, more than 20
premature babies pass away due due to
lack of incubators.
With this respect, the funds raised this year
will be directed toward buying these
equipments.KCAT herein would be grateful
for any financial or material support toward
this project.
